Where is the SCENAR from?

The SCENAR was developed in Russia for the Russian space programme in the late 1970’s. Russia sits midway between East and West, and is open to the innovations of both, combining Western electrical bio-feedback with Eastern Medicine. What is SCENAR?

Scenar is a hand held, two way bio-feedback therapy device.
